Oven cooked pork chops and lamb slices for a late lunch and these little babies for supper! VVVVVVVVV
Browned off mince, fried smokey bacon and cut into small pieces. Whisked up four eggs, added half to Yorkshire pudding tins, added bacon bits then mince and topped each with remaining beaten egg. Popped in oven for 15 minutes and wallah!!!! .......experiment was a success with lots ofmince, bacon & eggs left for to make som more tomorrow, with the possible addition of grated cheese? As nice, eaten cold as they are when warm.

Ended up being a bacon sandwich. Because the neighbour very kindly brought a freshly made loaf. It was still warm when it arrived. So obviously ate 2 fat slices and then was to full to eat a proper meal later on.
Nachos tonight definitely.
