B. Lemon curd on seedy bread
L. Missed it!
D. YS Mushrooms, courgette & YS grated carrot, stir-fry with YS noodles, sardines and soy sauce. I used the sunflower oil from the sardines to fry the veg.

Been on motorhome travels with Kato again for the last three days. Lovely campsites, lovely scenery.All my meals were cooked in motorhome and consisted of bacon or sausage & egg with black pudding early doors.
Main meals were either rump steak (two lovely rump steaks for £8.00 at Morries that I can thoroughly recommend)  or ribeyes, pork chops & lamb chops, sometimes with fried eggs and other times just with butter. Went through 1/2 ib of butter in two days. 
Many cups of Kenco cioffee and double cream throughout the days.

L. Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot and YS tuna & sweetcorn sandwich spread.
D. Leftover noodles, sardines & veg.
YS Raspberry & cornflake tart.

B. Banana, granola, flax seeds & yogurt
L. Tuna and sweetcorn with lettuce in a roll. I cut the rolls in half, spread them with the tuna mix, them top it off with a lettuce leaf - its stops my fingers getting so messy when I pick it up.
D. YS "Crunchy chik'n tenders" (30p) with fresh tomato.

Just steaks,scotch eggs and cream cheese with hot dogs yesterday.
AsI harvested a bunch of onions for my Daughter yesterday I kept one onion to add to my mince for today. Probably have a few boiled eggs with it?

Yesterday Briam with mackerel.
This evening, a pasta, courgette and bean bake.
I seem to have a lot of courgettes.
