I had some of that from my mum's garden, I believe it spread like wildfire and the strappy leaves went black. There again it might be something totally different.

^^ It probably does spread easily as the seeds fall out of the dry pods when they're touched. Haven't noticed black leaves though - maybe later this year?

Started Saving mixed scabious. For the post box bed. Will be saving some in individual varieties as well. It’s still quite early for saving these.

Pea seeds saved. There was very little disease on the plants this year. When picking for the table, only the last 2 times had any grubs in but the seeds saved for next year (a 4 foot of the row), one pod had 3 grubs in and no seeds worth saving. I managed to get about 800 from pods with 9 peas in or more.

Also gardeners delight tomato. will also be saving from Alicante, galina, orange banana, brandywine and hopefully delicious if I can identify one as I've not labelled a lot of the plants.
