|
Ysterdays main meal was YS diced pork cooked in air fryer for 30 ims! Looked nicely browned so I made an apple, cream and chicken oxo sauce for it.It was as tuff as old boots,but quite filling!
Todays intention is a trip to Bamburgh after Kato's walk, so will have to try and make a meal plan for an overnight stay in the motorhome?

Today
B. Rhubarb, flax seeds & granola (a different make to yesterday)
L. Salad - lettuce, cucumber, radish, tomatoes, coleslaw, mixed seeds, cheese
D. Cauliflower cheese, green beans, carrot and potato mash.

Sunday, motorhome cooked beef mince & egg shared with Kato at Budle Bay then on to Bamburgh.
Monday, motorhome cooked steak & eggs cooked in a lay-by at at North Berwick.
Today back home, food yet to be determined?, but peobably steak, eggs and black pudding for me and chicken thighs for Kato.
