Yesterday Mackerel parcels filled with Charlottes, onions, carrots, peas, fennel and lemon slices.
This evening courgette and bean bake with a couple of slices of sourdough.

Been to Robin Hoods Bay with Kato and Motorhome. Walked all the way down from campsite only to find th tide was in and thre was no beach for to play with Kato!
Before I left I had steak & black pudding cooked in the motorhome. Yesterday I had lamb chops grilled in motorhome grill and I have just arrived home so had a pizza that was taking up freezer space.
I feel confident enough now to take Kato and Motorhome to Outer Hebrides in the near future to tick another item off my bucket list! Last week was wild camping and fishing on the Isle of Rum (brilliant btw) and skinny dipping in a loch wih no towel to dry me! (Not a pleasant sight) 
Yes.............I know this is a recipe thread but will let you know my new motorhome derived meals as I go along!

B. Sourdough toast & strawberry jam
L. Avocado, cucumber & tomato sandwiches
D. Brown lentils and leeks in a sort of stew, with leftover mixed veg mash.
Piece of iced Rainbow cake.

L. Pasta with pesto and mushrooms and a dollop of mozzarella cheese

Nibbled various foods throughout the day. Scotch egg, ribeye steak, scrambled eggs with chilli, corned beef, yoghurt,butterd cream crackers.

Corned beef & pickle early doors followed by liver & bacon at lunch time then a scotch egg followed by lamb chops for tea.

B. Peach yogurt and granola
L. Cheese & onion crisp sandwiches.
D, Leftover veg mash, shaped into "cakes" and shallow fried, with lentil & leek mix.
