B. James the Giant Peach and granola. (It was half of James actually, because his bottom had gone black and floppy!!)
L. The usual salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, cheese & grape vinegar.
D. Veggie curry & rice
Battenburg cake.

All FREE. I used to have a big lump of battenburg cake before I went jogging. I was so hyped up with a 'sugar rush' I ran like I was on steroids!

I ate mine about 9pm - it won't stop me sleeping. I had forgotten how much I liked marzipan.
