L. Banana & peanut butter in another sourdough roll
D. Leftover cheese & leek rissoles with extra cheese, sauteed leftover potatoes & coleslaw.
All FREE except the coleslaw.

I can't lay claim, the flavoured salmon came from Lidl, but it was very nice. All very easy in the micro.

Taking inspiration from JJB salmon dish. Tonight was steamed salmon topped with steamed samphire. With a warm lemony courgette salad
