B, Yogurt, flaxseeds & granola
L. Buttered Cheesey bread. (YS)
D. Mushrooms & mangetout cooked in the sunflower oil from a tin of sardines, added to some couscous with the sardines.
All FREE except the bread which was 50p, but I didn't eat it all.

They’ll stay fresh because they’re hanging off the side of the boat slip in the loch at the end of the road.
