L. More seedy bread sandwiches with avocado and lettuce. Jam doughnut.
D. Stirfry - broad beans, mangetout, baby sweetcorn with bulghur wheat and tomatoes, and sweet chilli sauce.

L. Marmite and lettuce sandwiches. Jam doughnut.
D. Leftover mixed veg stirfry with bulghur wheat.
All FREE except the Marmite.

Fresh mackerel out the water less than 2 hours. Filleted & pan fried in butter. With a slice of bread and butter.
