All FREE. I bought a small swede and don't like waste so will add it to three meals in total. I've had two portions and a small amount is left in the fridge to utilse with summat else!
Guts seem ok with it but I won' tbe making a habit of it! Call me a 'Dirty carnivore' if you like?

B. Strawberries, granola & yogurt
L. Cheese and rocket sandwiches
D. Leftover pasta mixed with a tin of sardines and some Nando's peri-peri sauce with lemon and herb. (really tasty).

I picked lots of wild garlic last weekend... we will just be finishing the last bit off in a soup today with an egg dropped in it and topped with a little grating of parmesan cheese and baked.

Ribeye and butter for lunch. Took a couple of large chicken breasts out of the freezer last night to cook up for Kato as I had nothing. Bought chicken thighs for him last night and cooked some up for him in air fryer
.Not knowing what to do with the large defrosted chicken breasts? I cut them up into large chunks and bunged them into slow cooker with some Maysan curry powder and water. Looks like I will be having chicken curry for Ron.
Decided to boil some eggs and once shelled imerse them in the curry!
