..................Change of plan after a visit to Aldi. 30% reduced smoked salmon was partenered with scrambled eggs and a wee bit of pickled red cabbage for lunch.
I'm full at the mo but will probably have summat later,yet to be decided?

B. Strawberry jam (yesterday's Free gift) and toast.
L. Olive bread and salad leaves
D. Leftover broccoli and rice mixed with a tin of sardines in tomato sauce.

For lunch I fried up some 25% fat beef mince and scrambled a couple of eggs into it after it had browned up a bit. I don't know why but I had a hankering for some boiled swede, mashed with loads of butter and white pepper to go with it?
The two together resembled in looks and taste the 'Haggis & Neeps' associated with Burns night and were tasty! It will be interesting to see how my stomach reacts to the swede after not eating any veg for about 8 months?
