L. Wraps, spread with mayo, add smoked cheese with lettuce
D. Vegan kebab meat, fried with mushrooms and tomatoes, with cauliflower and mixed root veg mash.

L. Blue cheese, mixed with mayo, in a wrap with lettuce.
Hot cross bun.
D. Pizza Express garlic and Mozzarella bread thingy to which I added sliced tomatoes.
Grapes.

For lunch steak, scrambled eggs with cottage cheese added and YS turkey bacon (more like shoeleather!). For supper black pudding, fried egg and mashed avocado sarnies.
