L. Veg soup from the bottom of the freezer! I'm trying to get rid of the odds and ends to make some space. An orange.

Pumpkin pasta thing for me , finishing last night’s chilli for him.

Tonight was liver and bacon plus veg. I baked a frangipane tart this morning which would keep himself in puddings for the week, without figuring it was pancake day beforehand. So it will be pancakes tomorrow, yum.

Ribeye,fried eggs & butter for lunch. Supper was another ribeye, scrambled eggs with cottage cheese & chilli flakes mixed in, and of course with butter.

Pancake day today and I am torn between keeping a tradition going or sticking to the carnivore diet? I have some beef mince which was out of date yesterday so it looks like its 'smashburgers' for Kato and I? This will be the first time I have NOT had pamcakes on Shrove Tueday since I was a nipper.
