2024 - Tonight's recipe

B. Porridge and honey
L. Salad - lettuce, tomato, cooked grains, cheese, sunflower seeds, mayo.
Tangerine
D. Indian special rice, mixed veg, tomatoes and sweet chilli sauce.

All FREE

Just sparkling Spring water to look forward to for today as I am trying a 'Water fast' day!

Cheap skate! At least I spend up to £1 a day on food.

That sparkling water aint cheap,and I cheated and had a bovril to at leas tput a bit of taste in my mouth 

Today was 'refill' day after missing out yesterday. Butterd eggs for brekkie then after an excercise class, ribeye,butter and YS salmon. To top it off I had some beef mince which I had cooked for tomorrows use,but seeing as I was still a bit peckish had some of this (shared with Kato of course!) as well.

Bob is having the rest of last night’s curry. I’m having chips and beans.

B. Bread roll and strawberry jam (made 2018) still perfect.
L. Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, mixed grains, Blue Stilton, mayo.
D. Fish pie, mixed veg, mash.

All FREE.

For lunch,air fried cooking bacon with fried farm eggs & black pudding!

Cheese, tomato and pesto toasted sandwich.

B. Porridge from a jar with chopped apple and honey
L. Salad - lettuce, tomato, mixed grains, pumpkin seeds, blue cheese, three cornered leek, mayo.
D. Leftover Fish pie, mixed veg, leftover grains stir-fried with Three cornered leeks.

Venison steak with chips, onion rings, mushrooms, peas, tomatoes.

B. Bread and strawberry jam
L. Pasta with tomato & basil (instant stuff - not very nice)
D. Veggie spring rolls, rice, salted peanuts and sweet chilli sauce.

All FREE except the peanuts.
