Salisbury has struggled to source ingredients for this particular menu so the choice is much reduced
Elevenses - Instant coffee and Iced doughnuts
Lunch - Iberico ham, Ildi tomatoes and Irish soda bread
Main - Irish stew, Idaho potatoes with vegetables of the day, Irish stout
Dessert - Italian meringue, Inca berries and Ice cream
Irish coffee

Lunch option 1- jerk chicken slices in a rye bread roll,
Lunch option 2 - jellied eels
Both followed by a step back to a seventies childhood of jelly & ice cream. And a refreshing juniper juice
Afternoon Tea Jaffa cakes & jam donuts
Starter - jalapeño poppers
Main option 1 -Jalfrazi with jasmine rice
Main option 2 - John Dory with Jerusalem artichoke and jacket potato
Both followed by jostaberry tart. All washed down with a Jägermeister (disgusting stuff!, I’ve had better tasting cough medicine)
