I don't like waste so last night I chopped up some steak I had which looked a bit 'dodgy' but smelled ok and put it in slow cooker with half a tin of tomatoes I didn't want to waste either. 
Today I had two smash burgers with the beef and tomato poured over the top for lunch.
After shopping at Morries this evening I picked up three packs of YS scallops reduced from £3.00 to 30p each. I had these fried for my supper.

Ribeye and eggs for lunch. Also I am experimenting with scotch eggs (in air fryer) made with beef mince,egg and wrapped with bacon.Making these for tomorrow but may have to sample one today,later,purely to make sure they are cooked OK?

Had my Burn's Night Haggis & Neeps for lunch!  My Daughter & SIL run a Scout group who had their Burns night last night so they kept me a plate full!

B. Bread roll & blackberry jam.
L. Sweet chilli hummus and lettuce on bread
D. YS Salmon fillet from the bottom of the freezer (95p for 2)
Mixed root veg mash,
All FREE except the salmon.
