My life has been very ordinary & boring 99% of the time. Its just the odd 1% that make it sound interesting. Don't be misled by the 1% - though that trip to Russia was quite eventful.

Been struggling with an unwanted W. I’m going with anything white. Clothes- I’m a dirt magnet and you have to wash them separately- no thanks, walls / paint - I live with Bob & 2 dogs, nothing stays white for long! You get the idea

I agree with you about White stuff. Most of my clothes are dark and they still get mucky!
My unwanted gift would be a Water bed - not that anyone is likely to give one of those away. My neighbour has one so I had to ask him whether it sloshes around when you lie on it. He assures me it doesn't but I'm not convinced. I imagine it gurgling when you roll over and would worry that the bung would pop out and flood the house. I'm really not sure why there is such a thing as a water bed.??

W would be a special Water bottle for carrying around outside. I don't often feel the need to drink water when outside away from home, in the car or in the shops. An old squash bottle does the trick in the heat of the summer in the garden or on a picnic.
I googled X (as you do) and found lots of things I wouldn't give house room to but surprisingly a few I would like. Definitely don't want a Xylophone, i make enough noise already. I don't want a Xylography kit either, but I expect SC would either have one already or really appreciate the thought.
There was also a xerographica air plant , I would love one of those.

Unwanted Y is definitely a yacht. To much like hard work. Give me a boat with an engine.

Y would be a Yoghut maker. I did have one at the back of the cupboard and only used it once or twice.

Y would be a Yankee Candle. Y does it have such a Yukky name? Y can't it be a name that I wouldn't be embarrassed about asking for in public?
