I can honestly say I've never had a pizza for an evening meal. Perhaps I'm missing out. Tonight we're having chicken tagine, basically chicken in an apricot Moroccan sauce, P's fave as its his birthday.

B. Aldi's finest organic Irish Porridge with red and black currants and local honey.
L. home made soup (carrots, squash, tomatoes, onions, garlic and bay leaves from the garden with a celery stalk) with a flat bread.
The squash was a red one that had self seeded and tasted very sweet so have saved some seeds to see what they are like this year. Whatever it is, it matured quite early in the year.
D. cheese sandwich with home made hummus and bread. Home made tiramisu - the cream was a bit old but looked OK (Dec.22) so added extra masala just in case .

Bacon and eggs for brekkie, then after shopping, I cooked of a pork joint with lovely crackling so had a couple of slices. Later on I cooked off a ribeye.
