Behind the Laminated door lies a Lucky dip of seeds and plants, I don't mind what they are, I just like the randomness of rummaging through them.

Door 13 'M' was mince pies, I'll be making over 100 of them with the lad at the weekend.

Door 14 'N' is nutcrackers, I need some that are easier to use. I've a load of walnuts given to me and the combination of my little hands and the old scissor type nutcracker is not doing the job. There must be something better out there.

Sounds like the beginning of the sequel to the Nutcracker ballet starring JJB. Get your tutu ready.

We used to crack brown paper grocery sacks full of walnuts for my grandma around the holidays. Such angry shells compared with pecans. But she did make loads of candied walnuts, so worth it in the end.

Todays door unveils a jar of Nescafe which is handy as I like to alternate between that and Kenco.
