I like the bit about being "careful not to put it on the face or where hair is not desired". If you applied it with your fingertips (as the woman in the article did) did she end up with hairy fingertips?

Made a stand for my bottles in the cottage garden.
Made from old scaffold boards. Slate roof with copper ridge and chain across the shelves to hopefully stop them falling off.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.
