I was so proud of myself writing almost a whole essay for uni in one day yesterday. I was delighted because it would mean I can be outside today.
Well, the rain had other plans - it's tipping it down. So instead, I've been to the shops to pick up some flowers for the front and back garden, lots of it, and a big bucket of red shed/fence paint.
Now finishing off the essay, with a forecast of the rain clearing off by the time I've finished

Meanwhile, still desperate for rain down here (could we do a trade?) but we're getting a little - 2mm so far today. Perishing cold for us in late April at 13° - some years the tomato tribe would already have been planted out by now!!

It's not supposed to be raining until 2pm today, so I have a window to get outside before the skies open. Sadly, I have yet to get going this morning! Hopefully can get outside a little after 11am if I get a move on.

I'm sharing SC's weather - cold and wet. No chance of me going into the attic today though.

We've had a dry but dull day, a high of 15°C P was working in short sleeves. Sun started coming out just as we came in for dinner.

Rain again yesterday but we escaped the torrential thunderstorms & flooding a 100km east along the Pyrénées. A little more rain this morning then a bit of sunshine getting us up to 22 degrees. Very pleasant, even took my fleece off! And then left it in the rain when friends dropped in for a beer!

According to the weather forecast we’re going to get sunshine later today. I’m not holding my breath. And apparently the temperature is going to hit double figures a few times this week. Let’s hope so.
Right now it’s just overcast, cold and breezy .
