Bat box

I built a bat box today out of scraps of wood. Very simple to to. I might make a few more.

   

Anyone else made them.

There's no stopping you today.

I can’t take the credit for making it myself … but a friend made one for me.

Still waiting for trademark to get himself up a ladder and position it.
I expect you’ll all say that I should do it myself - but I REALLY can’t stand heights. I go rigid when I go up four steps of a ladder.

We haven't made bat boxes, though we do have a couple of trees with big hollows here which bats use.
Lots of bird boxes though with different sized holes for different birds that my bother made. My son made a hedgehog house when he was a kid - that was used regularly.
