I've made jam and strawberry tart plus of course strawberries and cream,but what to do with small amounts of strawberries gathered daily?

I freeze them. Keep adding to the bag to use for trifle in the Winter.

I’m freezing as I pick. If Bob doesn’t get to them first  . Planing on strawberry chilli jam.
