Sunshine and showers here today, mainly showers. 12 maximum outside but 18 in living-room. Any sunshine warms it up through South facing french windows.

Sunshine and showers here too - currently heavy showers. The garden needs it.

Brrrrr, it's chilly. Outside min/max said 1° and is reading 2° ATM, fog is slowly clearing to sunny. When we went to bed it had gone down o 4.3°, so I fear it has been cold for quite a long time. The grass didn't look like it had frost on it whe we woke up though I'm not used to this low so early. Although the dahlias and bedding don't look like they've been 'touched' I wonder if any other tenders have been decimated.

No boats running, no electric. Which usually means it’s a bit breezy! Gusting to 50mph and very heavy rain this morning. Starting to calm down now and we have electric again.

Good job Bob's got his feet on terra firma today and not hunting drones.

Listened to the rain beating against the bedroom window this morning..............so had a lie in
Got up, checked weather forecast which was for rain all day so donned raincoat to walk Kato. No rain, so I looked like a plonker and was soken with sweat when I got back.
I've been digging post holes in the garden in glorious sunshine. These weather people need to realise that peoples livelihoods sometimes rely on them and should at least try and get it right now and again!

So how much rain have you had this month? We’ve had 6 1/2 inches.
And yes, I really do mean this month. All 8 days of it .
This explains why there’s been no post on the build thread
