I've dehydrated some, given some away - Not frozen any as don't like it - mostly I eat them at the rate of 2 a night. Lurve them. Before you ask, I chop them into chip size wedges and shallow fry them till they're browned. Sometimes I flour them first. Only take a couple of minutes.

Parthenon Courgettes - 71 + 1 = 72.(Had to throw 4 away as they had blossom end rot. I forgot my own advice to remove the flowers one the courgette starts to grow.
