Four of my five mystery courgette plants from the Kokopelli Arc-en-Ciel de Potagères mixed packed are now producing so I'm having fun playing Which Courgette are You!
   

These are from the four plants, the right hand two from the same one. My thoughts are (L-R) Dark Star, Genovese, Verte di Milan (the ones still on the plant are very straight and true) and Zuboda. 

So my count now stands at

On the 6th April I sowed 2 each of......

Courgette - Shooting Star/Zucchini
Cucumber - Bush Champion/Mini Munch
Marrow - Long Green Bush
Squash - Butternut Chieftain/Harlequin/Table King/Uchiki/Tromboncino

So far 7 of the 20 have germinated. A bit of a change/experiment this year, to save on compost I use a 50/50 manure/compost mix to sow them in!

Well tonight we will be harvesting our first of the year!!
