You can probably access all the back numbers too. Its a nice read for anyone with an interest in woodland or working with wood.

Sorry I hadn't posted about it before - just assumed that Bob/SC would know about the magazine. I had a free subscription when I bought the wood otherwise I probably wouldn't have known about it.

And some more milling.
Getting to the end of our row of logs now. It’s a long way to pull them into the mill now.
She had a big shake running all the way through her. Made things a little tricky

About 75 boards and 8, 2”x 2” today.

Never bored SC, keep 'em coming. So exciting seeing how you do things. Totally outside of my sphere of experience. I couldn't start to knock up a table like you did, let alone build a house.

Today I’m loading the trailer with scaffolding. I see bruised fingers in my future  .

First trailer load of scaffolding ready to go. It got ( hopefully) enough of all the different bits needed to make 2 sections 2 high. With a few spare bits and a few “what’s that bit for”  . Bob will drive it up to the plot later and I’ll go and unload it tomorrow. This will happen several times this week and get unloaded in different locations around the house so we don’t have to manhandle it all to far. Because as you can imagine, it’s all quite lumpy ( SC speak for heavy ).
No bruised fingers!
