Picked first rhubarb yesterday, first for several years. I rescued a bit from the wildlife area 2 years ago that has just about developed enough to pick some.

I have been nibbling my Black Seeded Simpson lettuce. I have so much seed and it's growing beautifully, but it's seeming like a leaf for bulking out a salad rather than for flavour or texture. Not necessarily a bad thing, but you wouldn't want it as your only lettuce.
Formerly self-contained, but expanding my gardening horizons beyond pots!
