Hello Folks
I've just about finished tidying my strawberry beds and wondered is it too early to put down any chicken pellets and or growmore?
Regards..........Danny

Can't answer your question Danny but you have just reminded me of my next job on the plot, tidying the strawberry beds. Me personally, I think feeding at this early stage may promote too much leaf growth at the expense of fruit? Dunno though, I may be wrong.

Personally I wouldn't bother feeding anything until it starts into growth in the spring. The nutrients risk being washed away by the winter rain and thus wasted.
Spring isn't too far away now, but I would wait a bit.
