Chillies.
I will not be growing chillies next year. I'm harvesting those I have at the moment on and off and have enough in the freezer to last me ages. I would normally leave chilli seed saving to the expert SC, but she might be otherwise engaged at the moment Smile. I'm happy to save some seeds of those I've grown if there is any interest but I won't bother just for myself.

I have
Beaver dam maybe
Jalapeno
Apple crisp
Onza
Razzamatazz
Anaheim maybe if they ripen

Give me my instructions team!

I think chilli flowers have to be bagged to prevent cross pollination so it may be too late to do that if you're picking them now.
SC, Scarlet or another enthusiast will be along soon (but its not meWink)

You’re right JJB  Smile I haven’t done any chilli seed saving this year. To busy  Big Grin . I’m sure everyone would love some of those ( except veggie   Smile ). They will all be good as long as you’ve isolated some flowers for seed saving. They cross very easily.

That's me stumped then. No bagging done here, I was amazed at getting any chillies at all! Cancel my last conversation. I'll shut up now and go back to fermenting tomato seeds Smile

Back in your box, Jen - keep me company.Smile. Saving seeds from anything that needs bagging and isolating is a step too far for me.Wink

Looks like the red cabbage seeds are viable  Rolleyes .

Hope I’ve managed to save enough. Can’t see the weather drying up enough to harvest anymore any time soon.

My seeds are likely to be much the same as last year, is that a problem?
