Thumbs Up
I've decided mine is a fried egg between two sliced of buttered toast. Naturally I spread the yolk out so I get a bit of yolk in every bite! Big Grin

I don’t do breakfast generally. But I’m very partial to marmite on thick toast. A fan of bacon & egg butty, softer boiled eggs and soldiers, a full English, kippers. I go through fazes of having porridge and there’s the occasional bowl of cereal. None of which are consumed at breakfast  Big Grin .

Granola and garden fruit - plain yogurt if I have some.
An egg and toast is almost for Christmas. Wink

Generally my breakfast is toast and 3 fruit marmalade, but on special occasions or if I’m staying in a hotel I will have a full Irish i.e. pork sausage, back n, black and white pudding, mushrooms hash browns or fried potatoes brown soda bread and lots of strong coffee, hold the eggs and tomatoes.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Depends. Everyday routine breakfast is porridge made with water smothered in whole milk with chopped apple, tea and orange juice, which is very nice. Sunday breakfast is eggs (scrambled or poached) on toast (we gave up fried bread several years ago) with bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms, then toast and marmalade for P but not me, which is nicer. Favourite providing I had room, any and all of those mentioned by others. Full Irish sounds lovely with eggs and tomatoes of course plus toast after with real butter.
BUT
Even more favourite breakfast is practically anything cooked by someone else. Not going to happen in this house unless we have someone to stay.......as I said not going to happen in this house. Big Grin

Monday to Friday I have pinhead oatmeal topped with homegrown fruit, (fresh, then frozen/dehydrated in winter) and a dollop of yoghurt.
Then Saturday a bacon cob, Sundays its a sourdough oatcake with bacon, eggs and roasted toms.

Breakfast is just wrong. I don't know how anyone can eat at that time of day! I generally only eat after I've finished work, so not before about 6pm on a workday, and sometimes as late as 10 or 11pm. I only eat in the morning when I'm coming off a night shift.
Formerly self-contained, but expanding my gardening horizons beyond pots!
