From my boss £500 and some Burgon and Ball Sophie Conran gardening things - an apron (who wears an apron to garden in?), matching gloves and a small tool carrying hand bag. I don't wish to appear ungrateful but anyone who knows me would not see me in designer gear on the patch. But the thought was wonderful and generous and I may even invest in the grow light thingy now.... maybe, if I can figure where it will sit.
We didn't give presents as a family this year.

We didn't give presents as a family this year. Could have been worse!! A twinset and string of beads from Sarah Raven!
You could buy a growlight and a Mr Greedy with your money!!

I got my pen. Which I showed off yesterday on the Christmas chat thread.
Socks (it’s not Christmas without socks)
Lots of food items ( hot & cold smoked salmon sides, a selection of snowdonia cheese, 2 ducks, chocolates )
We got a mug each. one of me catching a skate , one of breeze that my niece & nephew had drawn.
And the lamp I also mentioned yesterday in the Christmas chat thread.
Personally I’d have put the feathers on the other way up and the shade would be bigger, but it’s still very nice. I already now where it’s going in the new house
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

It's not the money making me hesitant, it is where these things would go. You're not the only one with a need to declutter. I know you're going to come back with 'if you really want it you would make room'. Mr Greedy is tempting but I have 3 massive compost bins and 2 smaller ones - do I really need another?? Plus growlight thingy is indoors, needs power and a surface where leads aren't in the way, and will it be one of those one day wonders that will end up in the cupboard like the pasta maker and ice cream maker. I will keep dithering for a while longer.

I got an Aran Islands sweater from Ireland. I think my wife wants me to spend even more time out in the garden out of her way.

I was on the nice list
A day rucksack
Enough smellies to last till next Christmas
Flavoured glitter Gin that's rather pretty and looks like a snow globe. (I only drink red wine or dark beers)
Hogwarts clock
books, sweets and chocs
