A lot of fruit and veg have come from selective breeding, but some have come from crosses created by man and most of them have been around for many years, but are there any recently created fruit or veg on the market that are worth growing

There’s new ones created every year when it comes to chillies. It’s very difficult to keep up. I’m usually just confused.

However, I'm not at all confused about chillies - I don't like them and that's all I need to know.

A lot of these "new" plants are just old varieties with snappy names. Trust nobody - especially the major seed retailers.
