The exterioris is a mozarella texture but whem you cut it open it is more liquid inside and seems to be a mix of mozarello and cream. I love cream in everything, I don't use milk and this mix is very 'moorish' and to my taste. Deffo will have some more of it as it's reasonably cheap full price from Aldi I noticed. I prefer it to mozzarello.

Yes, the Duck said it was a mixture of mozzarella and cream. I find mozzarella a bit "rubbery" too - not something I buy. When you mentioned burratta I pictured something like Burritos or something beefy. I learn something new everyday.

Likewise, I wouldn't have bought it if it hadn't been reduced 30% but in future would gladly pay the full price!
