Currently have 5 . 3 are Bobs that are just used in the workshop and the build. Get a fair bit of abuse. Also occasionally used on wood burners if he’s swept someone’s chimney. I have one in use (not often) and a brand new one still in its box ready to be used on my new floors.

Actually, I still have 3 Dysons but I'm about to give away two of them - just keep one as a backup! There's also a vacuum in the attic for sucking up the dead flies! I don't often go up there.

We have an old Vax, 2 corded hoovers, one cordless and a hand held thingie. I still find its easier to use a hand brush for the runner on the stairs instead of the cordless one we bought.

Not done much today, gathered salad stuff, watered containers, a supermarket shop then drinking tea and chatting when our daughter and husband came to visit.

Sounds like an ideal day.

My Dyson packed in on me yesterday and I've had it apart that many times I really can't be bothered this time! I also have a portable hoover bought mainly for the motorhome but it's as much good as a chocolate fireguard against Kato's hairs!
I have a Henry type thing under the stairs but dont have a foot for it!
I'm sure I have anothre Dyson (if not two?) in the attic and will have to venture into the depths to find it and more importantly, find out whether it works or not?

Started tidying the tunnel, cutting things down, pruning back other things, moving pots out of the draft from the door. Filled the compost bin. Collected some seeds.

Absolutely nothing in the garden, apart from retrieving a carrot I pulled up the other day and forgot. I got soaked just doing that!
