Yesterday was sausage, fried eggs & black pudding for brunch. For supper, and because it was fishy friday I had battered pollack with a tin of herring fillets in tomato/pepper sauce.

Today I had a YS steak slice for lunch then bought a cheap pork joint (£3 a kilo!), chopped it up and added it to slow cooker with some cider, chopped onions and some of my dried apple slices. I had some for supper and the rest will be eaten tomorrow.
