Carrots and kale and I scrumped a couple of cherry toms, oh yes I also ate a windfall apple whilst getting the rest off the lawn. I also scrumped a few leaves from a row of speedy mix. Never growing them again they blew my head off with the heat!
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework

I got a small courgette a couple of days ago. There's still one on the plant that I'm hoping will survive a few more days to reach a decent size for eating.
Formerly self-contained, but expanding my gardening horizons beyond pots!

Eating and cooking apples, tomatoes, capsicums and a courgette. I've never harvested any courgettes this late. It was one growing upright with the courgettes at the top, out of the way of slugs. There is still a small one growing at the top.
