I was still peckish after my kebab meat earlier in the day so did myself a rump steak and cottage cheese at half time in the match! Howay the Toon!

I was shopping with my daughter this morning and had a brioceh bun with sausage, bacon & egg in it at a cafe. This evening was some steak with horseradidh sauce. I left Kato a small piece of steak but after sniffing and licking the horseradish he started sneezing and ran to his dish of water to wash away the taste!

I had a couple of steak pies at lunchtime which I will probably regret? I dont do well on pastry and their were twice as many carbs as protein!
Just experimented when I home and had cauliflower cheese poured on top of warmed king prawns! Rather tasty actually, it's just a shame I haven't got a 'Prawn Lady' as I had to buy miine!
