Lamb chops for lunch. Teatime cutting slices at random off a brisket joint I cooked. Waiting for YS turkey mince to defrost so I can make some bacon wrapped scoth eggs.

B. Stewed apple, granola, flax seeds & yogurt. That's the last of the apple until I remember to rummage in the freezer for more!

Wasn't impressed with the turkey mince wrapped scotch eggs,but Kato seemed to like them?
Today will be 'minted' lamb leg steak and flavoured pork loin steaks in two meals but not necessarily in that order?
