Yesterday was stew. Today will be a small salmon cut beef joint with whatever I can be bothered to have with it, maybe nothing?

I caught a couple of decent rainbow trout, one of which I donated to my Sister the other may become my supper? unless the kebab shop beckons after evening excercises of upper body pump then abs smasher?

The kebab shop did beckon late yesterday so Kato and I had a kebab night!!
Today will probably be minced beef patties made with my new press my daughter got me. The obligatory cheese and pickle will be added and Kato will get his share.
