Toasted fruit loaf.
Cheese and coleslaw sandwiches.
Carrot cake. Mango and peaches.
Later on we’ll be having our usual tagliatelle, Bol, pesto, Parmesan and garlic bread. With a glass of Merlot.

Last night was meat & veg chilli & rice.
Lunch today will be pulled pork at the cafe. Tea will be more chilli if we’re hungry.

Morrisons had beef brisket on offer so I bought and cooked a joint of brisket with a large sweet potato and gravy and have been eating it all day!

For lunch,Ribeye steak with pineapple cottage chesee,closely followed by breast of lamb with mint sauce. The lamb took longer to cook than the ribeye so my meal was eaten in two sittings 10 minutes apart!
I have 'Three cheese' chicken Kiev's waiting in the wings for after my evening excercises.
