For lunch I had sausages & cottage cheese
Tea time I had what's known in the carnivore community as a 'Power Bowl' even though it's really Ketovore because of the veggie content?
Finely chopped onion and mushroom 'sweated' in butter in frying pan. 20% fat beef mince added, browned, then some eggs added and mixed well. Just before serving added black & green olives then grated chedder cheese added on top of serving bowl to melt in.
Tasty and nutricious.

Shared the leftover 'Power Bowl' from yesterday with Kato. I was still hungry afterwards so decided an experiment was in order.
I don't know about you lot but as a child we used to get those flat Fray Bentos tinned pies because they were cheap. The supposed puff pastry on the top never puffed right up and was always soggy and appeared uncooked? So...............today I bought the Steak & Kidney version cheaply from Morries and decided after taking the lid off, the 'Top heat' of the air fryer should puff up the pastry? I had it in air fryer for 25 minutes at 200 degtees (any longer and it would have burned!) And gadzooks the pastry did puff up, but not as much as I would have liked. If I was to do it again (which wont be for some time as the meat and gravy were rubbish) I would give it 30 minutes but at maybe 170 degrees?
I did eat it but Kato turned is nose up at the bit I left him and his face said it all " You have to be joking dad, I'm not eating that"
