In a word, yes. It can be miserable and cause misery. We all know how you feel. To make matters worse, it's been fine, just the right temperature for working and overcast here all day.

Yesterday it rained until mid afternoon. Today it's due to rain all day with no let up. The same low that is circling the south is dumping on both Veggie and us. Not necessarily moving north or south just swirling geostationary primarily over south Wales (ish) with Salisbury on the periphery. The rain is coming down straight confirming the lack of wind. I blame Veggie she must have overdone the raindance last week
