1/4 cup of nuts or seeds
2 table spoons nut or seed butter

This week's Challenge is :-
To add one tablespoon of ground flaxseed and at least a quarter teaspoon of turmeric to your daily diet, along with all of the other herbs and salt-free spices you can think of.
The Flaxseed I can probably do but not sure about the Turmeric!

The Flaxseed I can probably do but not sure about the Turmeric! I take turmeric twice a day in tablet form for medical reasons but don't like the taste of it in my food!
