Perhaps all you bean experts out there can tell me the planting distances for Meuch and Cherokee trail of tears. I think somewhere on the web it said 2ft, and another 2-3 inches. I usually go with about 9" apart for other CFB.

Planting distance!! - No idea.
Wherever there's a support - two to a cane - one right side and one left side.
The Moneyless Chicken says:-
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.

I'm having slight trouble with Scarlet's seed swap beans. I made the mistake of planting them in two X rows and now they've all intermarried and I have no idea which burgeoning bean is which type. I thought I was ok with Kew blue/cosse violette because they're purple then figured cherokee might be purple too. I've no idea what Meuch look like when immature and looking online some say pick cherokee at 6" other videos are picking at what looks like 1'. So each bean I see I have to ask myself 'is this an eater or a drier?' and 'how long do I leave it to grow‽' Note to self for next year - segregate so your beans and perhaps pinch them out before they reach the top of the 8' poles because I can't reach them at the top even standing on a stepstool
Interesting times This is why we grow our own.
The Kew Blue that I did identify and have eaten are very nice (easy to pick too).

Thanks Scarlet, I've seen them amongst the muddle. Your mixed beans are giving me great entertainment and are really healthy.

Or perhaps my cherokee isn't.
Funnily, if you Google images of CTT beans, some are green some are purple. Pays yer money makes yer choice.
