L. Homemade split pea soup with mint sauce. Banana
D. Vegan "kebab" meat, with mushrooms and sauteed potatoes.

Decided on OMAD for today so it's BBB & E.
Sirloin with Kerrygold butter from grass raised cows, cooking bacon done in air fryer and fresh farm fried eggs ( from 1/2 a mile away) laid a couple of days ago.
