What do you feed?

Once I've remembered to feed the kids any my wife and I are fed I may occasionally remember to feed the orchid. I have blood fish n bone but rarely remember to get it out.
My beds normally get some home made compost when it's ready and leaf mould normally in autumn when I need to empty it out to put the new leaves in.
