Another step forward, with a little bit of recycling. What's not to like. Mark it on the calendar.

Today has been a day of brain melting, working out exactly what electricals we need and where to get them from . We also got very scared by the prices. Moved stuff around. Laid cardboard in the living room , bathroom, Kitchen / dining area. Ready for the plasterer, who is hopefully turning up tomorrow. But we don’t know for sure.

Just watched an interesting program on channel 4, Guy Martins House Without Bills. You have probably already watched it SC? but if nor it's certainly worth a watch.

Today I’ve played with paint samples.

. When they’re dry. I’ll move them to the appropriate rooms and configurations. Very pleased we got samples. Some are very different to how they looked on the website. Not really surprising. And some are so similar it’s not worth getting both colours in the big paint pots. And some will never get past the sample stage.

Porch is drops of honey & Indian muslin.

I like it .
Bedroom is either deep cream or deep russet with Morocco sand and snow goose .

Think I’m leaning more towards the deep cream.
Living room is inchyra blue feature wall with either aquamarine dream & standing stone or dusky aqua & sea frost or pine whisper & candlelit beige.

Not sure on this one. I think all work together well.
Hall was the other yellow, I don’t like it in there.
Bathroom was the pale green, I’m on the fence.
We will see what Bob thinks when he gets back.

I presume the darker colours are for feature walls?
