Sirloin steak with fried eggs for lunch. While it was cookng I knocked up some carnivore crack using unsalted butter this time as last lot was too salty.
i might have a Paella later?

i might have a Paella later? Vinny I had to look-up carnivore crack not heard of it before. I don’t fancy bacon since I had Covid so it’s not for me.

Carnivore is reliant on fat intake as opposed to carbs for energy. A lot of my carnivore meals don't have enough fat and are protein intensive.I can snack on carnivore crack and increase my fat intake to baance it with the amount of protein I eat.I do eat fatty cuts of meat, but still don't get enough fat to fuel my body.
Must admt,I ddn't understand how Covid woud put you off bacon?

B. Yogurt and granola with tinned peaches as the stored pears are too wrinkly for pleasure.
L. Toast & Marmite and tomatoes
D. Jacket potato with tinned mackerel in tomato sauce.
All FREE except the granola & Marmite.
