Checked throughthe fridge for the 'use by' dates on my meat and there is only the beef mince that needs using today. Quite chuffed that my joints of meat I have purchased are all fine until the end of December.

So,todays main meal will be mince with Yellow sticker PSB and a tiny bit of buttered swede.I may cook off a pork joint for ron as well?

Just a follow up on the cheap battered fish scenario. I have just cooked off two batterd fish from Iceland that were the princely sum of £!.00

I cooked them in the air fryer for 20 minutes ,turning once. I must admit I was reaonably impressed. White Pollack fish with thin tasty batter on them, they made a nice snack with a squirt of lemon and salt & pepper added.

In future these are the only ones I will buy! Cool

Yesterday was chicken soup
Off delivering Christmas presents this afternoon and being fed. Apparently self service. So I’m guessing a buffet type thing.
